HOUSE

Casa Dos Chicos is a vacation villa with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room and a wonderful garden with heated pool. It is composed of two 3 story structures, each with two 1 bedroom suites that feature a bathroom with shower, king size bed, indoor and outdoor sitting areas, fan, safe, dressers, and closet. At the tree tops is an open air living room with hot tub and an open air kitchen & dining room dramatically linked by a bridge high above the garden!

POOL & GARDEN

The two three story buildings are set in a lush, walled garden that features a glass mosaic tiled heated pool, a deck composed of inlaid stones in a style typical of the area, an outdoor shower, a fountain, and a barbecue.

KITCHEN & DINING

The shared living space of the house includes two large outdoor rooms covered by palapa roofs and linked by a bridge three stories up. The kitchen is fully equipped with two refrigerators, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, a large table for ten and an island with stools.

LIVING SPACE

The living room is located across the bridge from the kitchen and is open on all sides to catch the gentle breezes and the beautiful views of ocean, mountains, jungle, and town. It has a hot tub, large sofa with lounge chairs and hammocks.

BEDROOM SUITE 1

This first floor bedroom faces the garden and pool, and has an ample indoor and outdoor seating. It has a king sized bed, a twin sized bed, bathroom with shower, fan, safe, closet, and dresser.

BEDROOM SUITE 2

This is a second floor bedroom with wonderful views of the ocean, the lush garden below, and the valley. It has indoor and outdoor seating, king sized bed, bathroom with shower, fan, safe, closet, and dresser.

BEDROOM SUITE 3

This large first floor bedroom tucked into the garden has its own patio next to the fountain. It has a king sized bed, bathroom with shower, ample seating, fan, safe, closet, and dresser.

BEDROOM SUITE 4

On the second floor with views of garden, town, and valley, this room has a king sized bed and a twin bed, bathroom with shower, fan, safe, closet, and dresser. It also has indoor and outdoor seating for reading or relaxing.
