Casa dos Chicos is available on a daily basis year round with a minimum stay of 4 days/nights. Prices listed are for 8 people occupancy. For each extra person up to 10 people please add $60 per day. All rates listed include the exclusive use of the house and its grounds, all taxes and fees, daily cleaning, all utilities, WiFi internet, heated swimming pool and hot tub, bed linens, bath & hand towels, pool towels, shampoos and detergents. A discount of 5% of total rental cost will be applied for a full week stay. A discount of 10% will be applied for rentals longer than 1 week.

We accept payments via credit card or bank transfer. 50% of total will be due at reservation and the remaining balance before arrival. Guests must sign online contract with owner.
